Do you have some general shipping information?
We won’t charge your credit card until your order is shipped. In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. Generally, all items out of stock are marked as such on the site. All shipping transit times quoted are business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days.
For most domestic orders, you can choose between FedEx Ground, 2 Day, and Next Day deliveries. If your order ships via FedEx you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships. You will also be able to view your tracking information on FedEx’s website. If your order contains only small, light items, then you may also have the option to ship your order via USPS First Class Mail, which does not offer package tracking information.
All items shipped outside of the continental US to either Alaska or Hawaii will be charged the zone 7 rate but items may be delivered by the USPS.
Expedited (FedEx 2 Day and Next Day) and FedEx Ground shipments are delivered Monday-Friday except on US Holidays.
Expedited Shipping
What’s the scoop about expedited shipping?
We have expedited shipping options available for domestic orders. This includes Next Day and 2 Day shipping options. Orders must be placed before 1pm Eastern Time Monday-Thursday to receive expedited delivery in the time frame specified; and only if items are in stock. Expedited delivery orders received after 1pm Eastern Time, or on Friday/Saturday/Sunday, normally ship the next business day. Some orders may be subject to verification of billing/shipping information, and may be delayed because of this.
If your Shipping address is a P.O. Box, we cannot deliver via FedEx, and your order will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. See the PO Boxes section for more information.
Will my expedited order arrive on Saturday?
No. We do not offer any expedited Saturday delivery options. All transit times are business days, not calendar days, unless otherwise specified.
Green Feather Shipping!
There are just some items too good, too special, too fancy to just ship. Those items, along with Rushford Rick or Lafayette Linda, deserve first class. We have just the solution for that, and it’s called Green Feather Shipping. For an additional charge of $10,485.82, Rick or Linda will fly with your purchase and hand deliver it to your home or work. They can sign autographs, take pictures, and position your new purchase right where it should go, like no one else can. The catch is, they’ll need to be home before midnight and have a strict diet. We think you’ll find it worth the trouble.
PO Boxes
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
In most cases, yes. If your order weighs less than 70 pounds we will be able to send your order through the United States Postal Service. This shipping method does not include tracking.
We are not responsible for delays or mis-shipments when a P.O. Box address is used.

How much is shipping?
It depends on what you are ordering, how much you are ordering, and where it is shipping. You can determine the cost of shipping by adding the items you want to the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout – you will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping options and cost.
